Bio I grew up outside of Seattle, but have spent enough of my adult life in the golden state to feel like an honorary Californian. A year and half in DC, getting my MA degree at Georgetown's School of Foreign Service, was enough to convince me that I'm definitely a west coast gal. I have a husband (of 12 years) and a toddler son whose only job is to be adorable. After 3.5 years of living in Japan we now live in Hawaii.
